Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator who can effectively bridge the gap between technical development and project coordination. The ideal candidate will support App & Web development activities while ensuring smooth project execution, timely delivery, and clear communication among stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day App & web development projects (WordPress, Frontend & Backend).
- Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.
- Bridge the gap between clients and technical teams, translating client requirements into actionable tasks.
- Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Prepare and share project documentation, reports, and updates.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Handle minor website updates and testing tasks when required.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong client-handling and coordination abilities (international exposure preferred).
- Basic understanding of web technologies — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress (themes & plugins).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic team environment.
Project Coordination Skills:
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in backend development or IT project coordination.
- Experience in a coordination or support role is an added advantage.
- Experience working in a fast-paced IT or software services environment.
Budget: 20 to 30k
