About the role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support our team in coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth communication with clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to interact with foreign clients, and a basic understanding of frontend technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Great Communication Skills
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day web development projects (WordPress, Frontend & Backend).
- Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.
- Bridge the gap between clients and technical teams, translating client requirements into actionable tasks.
- Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Prepare and share project documentation, reports, and updates.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Handle minor website updates and testing tasks when required.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong client-handling and coordination abilities (international exposure preferred).
- Basic understanding of web technologies — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress (themes & plugins).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic team environment.
Project Coordination Skills:
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in backend development or IT project coordination.
- Experience in a coordination or support role is an added advantage.
- Experience working in a fast-paced IT or software services environment.

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹350,000.00 per year
