Responsibilities:
> Deep understanding and experience in sales in IT services companies (Web, Software, App development, and other services).
> Ability to generate outbound leads using different methodologies including but not limited to Cold calls, LinkedIn, Email marketing, etc from the US, EU, and other markets
> Ensure targets to schedule meetings are met
> Ability to work independently and report properly through CRM and other channels
> Lead and guide the inside sales team as needed, ensuring they’re aligned with company goals
> Identify and retain potential customers with strong sales skills.
> Work in US Shift as required.
Eligibility:
> 3- 5 years of experience in a similar job role with proven results is a must
> Experience in generating sales from the US, EU, and other markets
> Experience in managing a sales team
> Proven ability to drive sales growth in the IT services industry through effective leadership and strategic sales initiatives
> Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to inform strategies.
> Exceptional communication with good accent and presentation skills are necessary.
>Must have basic IT knowledge
> Stability in previous roles.
